GeneCarry Transfection Reagent is a high-performance formulation specifically designed to transfect nucleic acids into a wide variety of eukaryotic cells. For optimal results, DNA-GeneCarry complexes must be prepared in serum-free medium and can be directly added to cells in culture medium, with or without serum/antibiotic. After transfection, there is no need to remove complexes or change/add medium. The amount of GeneCarry Reagent required for successful transfection varies depending on the cell type and passage number. To determine the optimal amount, we recommend testing the recommended four concentrations of GeneCarry Reagent when starting any new transfection.
