2x AuroraNovo Realtime PCR mix L is a special product for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method 2x concentration premix. Anti-Taq monoclonal antibody binds to the Taq enzyme and inhibits the polymerase activity of the Taq enzyme, thereby inhibiting nonspecific amplification caused by nonspecific hybridization of primer and template DNA or primer dimers that appear at low temperature. The anti-Taq monoclonal antibody was completely inactivated during the denaturation step of the first cycle of the PCR reaction, which did not hinder the subsequent Taq polymerase reaction and greatly increased the sensitivity and specificity of the PCR reaction.
